Mock Interview Program

The CxXchange Mock Interview & Career Readiness Program is a community-powered initiative designed to help Customer Success professionals confidently prepare for interviews, career transitions, and leadership growth.

This program brings together candidates, CS leaders, hiring managers, and coaches in a safe, practical environment focused on real-world interview readinessβ€”not theory.

Through mock interviews, interactive workshops, and a virtual career fair, participants gain:

How the Program Works

CThe program is made up of three complementary ways to participate, depending on your goals and experience level:

  1. Mock Interviews – practice live interview scenarios with feedback

  2. Workshops – build specific interview and leadership skills

  3. Virtual Career Fair – connect directly with hiring managers
